No less important than our objective to advance the future of science and technology is Technoda’s social commitment. Our central rationale is to bridge the social gaps in Israeli society by exposing young people from the lowest strata to science and technology. For hundreds of these children and youth, Technoda is a “home away from home”, where they receive hot meals after school, help with homework and science activities until the evening. Were it not for Technoda, it is questionable what the fate of these children would be today. To us it is clear that these children, whose starting point is so difficult are the future generation of the Israeli economy and society.
