Most people have never viewed the night sky in a significant and meaningful way. In the city, it’s almost impossible to see the stars. Beyond the city, even in optimal stargazing conditions, only a few people will raise their heads to look at the stars and enjoy the beauty of the universe.
Technoda’s planetarium, which simulates the ideal night sky, provided the perfect venue to enjoy stargazing. The advanced planetarium, the second largest in Israel, allows visitors to experience the true night sky, along with explanations about the stars and galaxies. Advanced stargazers can add meridian lines, celestial equator, and ecliptic plane to the night sky simulation. Special projectors can also superimpose on the simulated sky video clips showing Greek mythology stories and the planets.
Activity in the planetarium can be arranged for school classes, special interest groups and events.
